About Peter
My name is Peter Chant and I’ve spent my whole life building things.
Early on that meant creating tangible solutions. As my career progressed from the engineering office to the boardroom, I realised my passion was for people. Over the last 20+ years in the workplace, I’ve discovered that the most rewarding things to build are high-functioning teams and resilient leaders.
I’m proud of my technical roots but I thrive when I’m helping people win. I believe that teams do their best work when they feel the safety that comes with belonging, trusting each other, and knowing that they are valued.
That’s why I founded Vector Advantage. My mission is simple: to give leaders and teams the clarity and confidence to trust the answers they know are inside themselves. We don’t just focus on strategy and skills, we focus on the culture that brings high-performance to life. At Vector Advantage, everyone has a seat at the table.
